The restaurant at the Rossmount Inn has gained a wonderful reputation around town and throughout the Maritimes for its creative, market fresh cuisine honoring local ingredients and the people who produce them. To avoid disappointment, reservations are recommended when you book your room. 

Dinners at the Rossmount Inn are a constant new experience as our menu changes daily in order to feature the freshest ingredients land and sea has to offer.

 


From the daily catch of the regional fisherman, to the certified organic vegetables, greens and berries from our local purveyors and the harvest of our own organic vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden. As well as the seasonal handpicked wild foods such as fiddleheads, cattails, high bush cranberries, chanterelles and boletus mushrooms from beneath Chamcook Mountain, they are all vital components in the creation of our meals.
