7-Course Seafood Tasting Dinner

We will be teaming up with Chef Emmanuel Charretier, born in 1974 in France’s Loire Valley, trained in culinary arts and gained global experience across countries including the U.S., Ecuador, Australia, and more. After meeting his wife in New York, the couple moved to New Brunswick, Canada, where Charretier opened a French restaurant, Restaurant L'idylle, in Dieppe. The restaurant operated for eight years and received national acclaim and multiple awards, including recognition from Air Canada En Route, Where to Eat in Canada, and Maclean’s Magazine. Alongside running the restaurant, Charretier developed a passion for wild foraging and has been a chef instructor at NBCC Moncton since 2013.
