7-Course Seafood Tasting Dinner 
For the past 13 years and in collaboration with our kitchen team, we have invited an accomplished guest chef to celebrate with us the local Maritime seafood harvest. This year we are delighted to welcome Chef Ray Bear, renowned for his innovative fusion cuisine and mastery of Two-Eyed Seeing Indigenous culinary traditions, Chef Ray Bear boasts a wealth of expertise cultivated through extensive global culinary exploration. Fueled by a fervent dedication to harmonizing diverse flavors and techniques, Chef Bear curates dining experiences that mesmerize palates and instill a desire for more. His unwavering commitment to utilizing top-notch ingredients and showcasing inventive presentations has garnered acclaim within the Canadian culinary sphere, cementing his status as a pioneering force in modern gastronomy.
