7-Course Seafood Tasting Dinner
For the past 12 years and in collaboration with our kitchen team, we have invited an accomplished guest chef to celebrate with us the local Maritime seafood harvest. This year we are delighted to welcome Chef Riley Bennett. Chef Bennett is from the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia and currently hold the positions of Culinary Arts Professor and Coordinator for the only Culinary Degree Program in Canada at George Brown Chefs School in Toronto. Join him in his journey through food to capture the nuance of a variety of cuisines using only Canadian Products and celebrating the bounty of New Brunswick.
