Culinary Inn
Hotel, Restaurant and Bar
Rossmount is a 3-storey, 18 guest room manor house, once a private residence and now a renowned coastal culinary destination, set on an 87-acre estate between forest and sea. Home to Chamcook Mountain, the highest point in the Passamaquoddy Bay region, the property offers breathtaking views over the Bay, Chamcook Lake, the St. Croix River, and the coast of Maine.

Just five minutes from downtown St. Andrews, and moments from local attractions including the Algonquin Golf Course, Kingsbrae Garden, and the wharf and marina, Rossmount offers a refined yet relaxed setting for a getaway, dinner, business gathering, or special event.

Guests are welcomed into 18 thoughtfully appointed rooms, with access to an outdoor pool, verandah, and scenic walking trails that wind through meadow and mountain. Our kitchen garden remains at the heart of the experience, connecting guests to the ingredients and care behind each dish.

The restaurant, long celebrated for its seasonal, locally sourced, and thoughtfully prepared cuisine, continues to be a focal point of the Inn, complemented by a curated wine list and an intimate lounge bar featuring a selection of single malt whiskies.

Now under the ownership of Alicia and Ryan MacDonald, also behind The Rouxbarb and The Hollows Golf Course in Utopia, Rossmount enters its next chapter, honouring the legacy built by Chris and Graziella Aerni while continuing to evolve as a place to gather, dine, and unwind.

Open seasonally from mid-April through the end of the year, dinner is served nightly to both guests and the public. Reservations are strongly recommended. Breakfast is available for in-house guests from 8:00 to 10:30 AM. The restaurant is not open for lunch, with the exception of special events.
